Once you've passed probation, you'll be in line to pick up an annual bonus. You'll also benefit from our pension scheme consisting of a matched employer contribution of 5% of your salary, and we’ll chip in an extra 4% of your basic salary towards a holiday, computer, bicycle, health plan, ISA saving and much more. Everyone can see what everyone else is working on, and how we all contribute together. This makes it really easy to collaborate, find information and ask questions. The Just3Things OKR software made such a difference to us that the team behind it now make it available to other companies, such as Deloitte and the NHS.
