We want OVO to be a place where you can invest in your career while balancing other aspects of your life. That’s why we’ve introduced a set of principles (the OVO Way of Working) that give our people choice around when and where they work on a day to day basis, wherever possible. Once you've passed probation, you'll be in line to pick up an annual bonus. You'll also benefit from our pension scheme consisting of a matched employer contribution of 5% of your salary, and we’ll chip in an extra 4% of your basic salary towards a holiday, computer, bicycle, health plan, ISA saving and much more. With 25 days holiday plus a day off each year for your birthday, what isn’t to like?!
We believe in working together to achieve our vision. That's why we've partnered with Just3Things to help us share our objectives. Everyone can see what everyone else is working on, and how we all contribute together. This makes it really easy to collaborate, find information and ask questions. The Just3Things OKR software made such a difference to us that the team behind it now make it available to other companies, such as Deloitte and the NHS.
