Projects and Change

The Projects and Change Team are the proactive movers and shakers behind all our plans and change initiatives. They handle project management and business analysis, and make sure we’re never standing still!

They support projects that can span lots of different brands or functions. Sometimes they’re complex, high risk, or high value. But they love a challenge. The team also supports smaller “bottom-up” changes – offering coaching, mentoring, and training to teams around the business making changes in their own departments.
