Our Customer Care department is often the first port of call for OVO members. Which explains why they’re such a friendly bunch! They won the Uswitch award for best customer service three years in a row. And the team’s 2030 goal is for us to become the most trusted company in the UK. Listening to our members and going above and beyond is the key to their success.

And over on the Operations side, our team keeps things running smoothly by bringing new OVO members on board, fixing any problems, and making sure everyone’s happy. They’re efficient, trusted, and all about the details – like checking bills are accurate – so they can make our members’ experience the best it can be!
